GENERAL

How do I view my reservation?
Reservations can be viewed by clicking on the RESERVE button on the main page and then clicking on the MY RESERVATIONS button on the lower left of the reservations page.

What is the check in/out time?
Check in is at 3PM. Check out is at 12 NOON. If you arrive prior to check in time you are more than welcomed to store your belongings with us. You are more than welcomed to store your belongings with us upon departure as well.

Is the Wi-Fi complimentary?
Yes.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes.

HOTEL SERVICES

Is the hotel pet-friendly?
We are service pet friendly.

Do you offer complimentary breakfast?
No, we do not offer complimentary breakfast at this time.

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours of operation?
Yes. Our fitness center is open 24 hours for guest use. Fitness center includes two treadmills, one elliptical, one exercise bike, functional training system and a dumbbell station.

Do you have a pool? What are the hours of operation?
No.

Do you have a spa? What are the hours of operation?
No.

Do you have a business center? What services and amenities can I find in it?
Yes. There are two desktop computers and a printer. >

Do you have meeting rooms?
Yes. We have one meeting room. Meeting room has a seating capacity of 25 people. For more information or to make a meeting room reservation please contact sales@edgehotelnyc.com

Can I send a package to the hotel?
Yes. Please make sure that the package is addressed to the name on the reservation.

Can I store my bag?
Yes. Please bring it down to the front desk upon departure.

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
Please contact reservations@edgehotelnyc.com to inquire about these items.

TRANSPORTATION

Do you offer shuttle service from the airport? What is the cost?
No.

Do you have onsite parking? What is the cost?
No.

Do you offer self parking?
No. Self-parking is available at SP+ Parking lot located at 3960 Broadway (165thStreet and St Nicholas Avenue). 

How do I get to the hotel?

RESERVATIONS

Can I shorten my stay while I am checked into the hotel?
Yes. Please contact the front desk to notify us of your new departure date. Once in house you must let us know 24 hours prior to the desired check out date and check out time of 12PM to modify your reservation without a penalty. If you notify us after this time you will be required to pay one night’s room and tax as a penalty.

Restrictions do apply to advance purchase reservations, extended stay reservations and promotions.

Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes. We offer connecting rooms for either two standard queen rooms or one standard queen room and one double sleeper room.

Do you offer ADA rooms?
Yes.

Do you have an early departure fee?
Yes. Early departure fee is one night’s room and tax depending on the rate code you reserved.

Is there a minimum age for check-in?
Yes. 18 years of age.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Yes.

How do I adjust my reservation?
You can adjust your reservation by clicking on the RESERVE button on the main page and then clicking on the MY RESERVATIONS on the lower left of the reservations page.

How can I make mention my room preference on my reservation?
You can mention your room preference and any other request you may have in the special requirements section of your reservation before it is confirmed or you can send an email with your request to reservations@edgehotelnyc.com

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds and/or cribs? Is there an extra charge?
We do not allow rollaway beds in any of our rooms. Cribs are available upon request at no additional cost.

How do I book a group or a meeting?
Group and meeting room bookings can be made by contacting sales@edgehotelnyc.com

POLICIES

Do you allow smoking on the property? In the rooms?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Are pets allowed? Are there any restrictions?
Only service pets are allowed.

What is the cancellation/deposit policy?
You have 24 hours prior to the arrival date and check in time of 3PM to cancel without a penalty. One night’s room and tax will be charged to the card on file on the day of arrival.

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you require any payment up front?
No, but we do require payment upfront for Advance Purchase reservations.

I have questions about my bill. Who do I contact?
You can contact the main line at 212 543 0005 and ask to speak to the front desk or email reservations@edgehotelnyc.com.

What do I need to know about your credit card procedures?
Card holder must be present at the time of check in. Credit card provided at check in will be authorized for room, tax and incidentals for the entire stay.

Do I need a credit card to check-in?
Yes.

Where is the nearest coffee shop?
Starbucks Coffee is located on the corner of 168th Street and Broadway Avenue.

Where is the nearest shopping area?
The nearest shopping area is two stops away at 125th Street on the subway located down the block from the hotel.

Where is the nearest Post Office?
The nearest Post Office is located two blocks away from the hotel on 165th Street between Amsterdam Avenue and St. Nicholas Avenue.

Where is the nearest Florist?
Anthony Flowers is located three blocks from the hotel between 169th Street and 170th Street and Broadway Avenue.

Where is the nearest Hospital?
Columbia Hospital and New York Presbyterian Hospital are both located two blocks away from the hotel and span from 168th Street and Broadway Avenue to 165th Street and Broadway Avenue.

Where is the nearest Car Rental?
Hertz Car Rental is located on 185th Street and Broadway Avenue.

Where is the nearest Liquor/Wine Store?
Columbia Wine Co. is located three blocks from the hotel on the corner of 170th Street and Broadway Avenue.

Where is the nearest Pharmacy?
Rite Aid Pharmacy is located on the corner of 171st Street and Broadway Avenue.
